In this article, you will learn how to edit Proposed Change Orders / Directives.
- Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
- Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.
Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing Project Forms.
- When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Display All/Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request from the list below to access the PCO/CD information.
- You will be directed to the change order's DRAFT page. Click the Edit button to access the revision page.
- The selected request will be enabled for editing. Update the necessary details and review the changes.
- After updating the request, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply the changes.
