Edit Proposed Change Orders/Change Directives

In this article, you will learn how to edit Proposed Change Orders / Directives.

  1. Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
  2. Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.

    Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing Project Forms.

  3. When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Display All/Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request from the list below to access the PCO/CD information.
  4. You will be directed to the change order's DRAFT page. Click the Edit button to access the revision page.
  5. The selected request will be enabled for editing. Update the necessary details and review the changes.
  6. After updating the request, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply the changes.
