In this article, you will learn how to delete Proposed Change Orders / Change Directives. It is worth noting that the Delete option is only available if the request is still on DRAFT. Deleting a form is final and cannot be undone. After deletion, the request closes and editing is no longer applicable.
- Go to the Project where the PCO / CD request was created.
- Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.
Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms.
- When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request that you want to delete.
- You will be directed to the change order's DRAFT page. Click the Delete button to delete the request.
- A Confirmation dialog box will appear, click the Delete button to continue deleting the selected PCO/CD.
