Delete PCO/CDs

In this article, you will learn how to delete Proposed Change Orders / Change Directives. It is worth noting that the Delete option is only available if the request is still on DRAFT. Deleting a form is final and cannot be undone. After deletion, the request closes and editing is no longer applicable.

1. Go to the Project where the PCO / CD request was created.

   

2. Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.

   

   Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms.

3. When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request that you want to delete.

   

4. You will be directed to the change order's DRAFT page. Click the Delete button to delete the request.

   

5. A Confirmation dialog box will appear, click the Delete button to continue deleting the selected PCO/CD.
