In this article, you will learn how to edit existing PCO-CD quotes. It is worth noting that you can edit quotes only up until it is issued. Once issued, it can only be edited if the Prime Consultant or Owner requests a revision.
Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
Click the ProjectForms tab and ensure that the CHANGEORDERS tab is active.Note: by default, the CHANGEORDERS tab is active when accessing the ProjectForms.
When accessing the CHANGEORDERS tab, the Display All/ProposedChanges section is active. Find and select the request from which the quote was submitted.
You will be directed to the change order's ISSUED page. Click the EditQuote button.
You will be directed to the EditQuote page. On this page, you can update the following sections:
1 - Quote Total
2 - Change in Contract Schedule
3 - Attachments
4 - Comments
After updating the quote, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply the changes.
