Issue Proposed Change Order / Change Directive

In this article, you will learn how to issue a notification to your team. Once issued, your form will be eligible for the next steps which include the following:

  • Make Revision
  • Edit Form
  • Remove
  • Add Quote

Follow the steps below on how to issue the Proposed Change Order / Change Directive:

  1. Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
  2. Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.
    1. Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms
  3. When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request that you want to issue.
  4. You will be directed to the change order's DRAFT page. Click the Issue button.
  5. The Issue PCO - <No.> window will appear. In the Choose a contact (required) field, click the drop-down arrow to select the contact from the list to notify them by email to add a quote.
  6. In the Notify others on the team (Optional) section, select the checkbox(es) of the contacts that you would like to be notified.
  7. In the Comment field, enter a brief note/issuance comment.
  8. Click the Save button to continue.
