Project Sharing

With Rform, you can share projects with other companies already using Rform.

For example if your General Contractor is using Rform with another firm, rather than add them to your contact book and create new username and log in, you can simply share the project with them. Doing so will automatically add them and all their contact info to your project. In addition you will not have to manage their username and password for them.  Sharing a project will still limit the project team member to the specific project being shared and role you have assigned.  

  1. Go to the Project you want to add a user to your Project Team.
  2. Click on Project Team and then Add from the appropriate project team role.
     
  3. In the pop-up window click the Send Invitation text link. 
  4. Enter the user's email address they use to access their own RForm account and enter an optional message and click the Send Invite button.
  5. The invited User will receive the following email and will be able to add the project to their RForm account.
