Create Site Report Project

In this article you’ll learn how to create a project that is a Site Report Project and currently $12.95 per Site Report Project.  The Site Report Project type is designed for smaller projects that don’t require the extensive forms and features that the CoreCA Project package offers. 


If you have the CA Core project package already, site reports are free and included in your monthly project cost of $39.95.


  1. Log into your RForm account and go to your dashboard. 

  2. Click on the Add Project button. 

  3. Click the Site Reports banner. 

  4. Click the Yes button.

  5. You will land on the Site Project Summary. Click on the Edit Project Details button to begin specifying your Site Project Details. 

  6. Complete the fields in the Site Project Details form and click Save

    1. Project name and number.

    2. Upload project logo

    3. Specify Project Location

    4. Specify Terms and Conditions

  7. To create a Site Report as a result of a site visit click on the Site Reports tab and then click the New Site Report button.
