Download Project Mini-Site

In this article, you will learn how to access the RForm Project Mini-Site. The mini-site contains all project data converted into PDFs, and organized in a compressed/zipped folder. The Download Mini-Site feature lets you download the compressed files giving you access to READ-ONLY data and can be saved on your local device.

One of the compressed files is the index.html, use this file to access the list of PDFs from your browser. Please note that all files must first be extracted from the mini-site zip folder.

1. Go to the Project where you want backup in the mini-site.

   
   

   

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, find and click the Download Mini-site button.

   

3. An Email message will be sent to the email address you used when registering with RForm.

   

4.  Check your email for the Link to Mini-Site Download message and click the Link to get started.

   

5. A Zip File for the selected project will be downloaded to your device.

   

6. Check your Downloads Folder and extract the mini-site before using it.
7. From the Extracted Folder, find and click the index.html file.

   

8. The Mini-Site will be opened on a browser. Once opened, you will find the Project Name and the list of files including:
   1. Project Summary
   2. Change Order
   3. Supplemental Instruction
   4. Request for Information
   5. Certificate for Payment
   6. Submittal
   7. Transmittal
   8. Schedule of Value
   9. Project Team
