Make Revision Supplemental Instruction (SI)

In this article, you will learn how to Make a Revision to an existing Supplemental Instruction (SI) form.   An SI is issued to provide direction to the contractor that will not result in a change to contract price or time.  Multiple revisions can be made to an SI.

  1. Go to the Project where you want to revise the Sform.

  2. Click the Project Forms tab to access the Forms tab.

  3. Click the Supplemental Instructions tab.

  4. Click the SI Form you want to Make a Revision to.

  5. Click the Make Revision button.

  6. You will be directed to the Edit page. On this page you can update the following sections:  

    1. Title, 

    2. Description, 

    3. Instruction From, 

    4. Attachments, 

    5. Terms & Conditions.

  7. After revising the SI, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply changes. 

  8. Note that the SI number will be updated with R1(Revision) once saved.

  9. The Revision Number also is displayed in the list of SI’s. Note how the original Si remains just below the revised SI and can be expanded or collapsed to be shown.

  10.  The status of the original SI also becomes ‘Revised”
