If your construction company or contractor has a Procore account for their construction projects, RForm has the ability to synchronize or download the Procore Requests for Information (RFIs) and soon Submittals (SXs) into your RForm project.
Please note that this sync is only a one way sync, where RFIs and SXs can be downloaded from Procore to RForm. The RFIs and SXs are then stored in your RForm Project where they can viewed and are for primarily for Read Only and Project History purposes. They can't be worked on in RForm and uploaded to Procore thereafter.
How it Works
- Ensure the Procore account holder is on your Project Team. If not add the Procore User to your Project Team if they aren't already a Project Team member.
Project > Project Team > Add to a Project Role - From your dashboard in your RForm account, click on the applicable Project.
- Click on the Sync from Procore button
- After clicking the Sync from Procore link you will be redirected to Procore to log into the account where information will be downloaded from. The user will require their Procore credentials for access.
- Click Allow to authorize RForm to use your account.
- After logging in and allowing access, select the project you would like to sync.
- Once the project is selected you will be re-directed back to RForm.
- Now the Prime can log in and sync with the Procore project clicking the same button on their screen.
