Logos

Q: What properties the jpeg file needs to be at in order for it not to be fuzzy on Rform?

A: Logos will automatically be resized to fit the available area, and the best result is usually obtained with a logo that has a rectangular format, ideally the logo should be no larger than 890 pixels W x 175 pixels H.

Account Information

Q:  Unable to log into Rform.

A:  There are a few common reasons for being unable to log in.

Password or username is entered incorrectly.  Be sure to refer to your original project invite email to compare log in credentials.  Remember usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

The url link may be incorrect for the project you are trying to access.  Sometimes if a project team member is working on different projects with different companies the unique url that each company uses is different.

Q:  How to reset a password to log into RForm?

A:  There are two ways that a password can be reset:

On the login page click "Forgot Password"  and enter your username (not email) and your password will be emailed. 2. Contact the RForm Account manager, and they can change the password in the Contact Card.  The Account manager can then re-invite you to the project with the new credentials.

Location

Q:  Does RForm work for US firms,  AIA language & CSI spec sections?

A:  RForm follows a contract administration process that is virtually the same in the US and Canada.  The only difference may be the default terms and conditions that pertain to different contracts and can be changed in the “Edit Project Details”.

Q.  Are RForm servers and storage located in Canada?

A: Yes the RForm database, servers and backups are located in Canada with AWS, so all active data is being stored in Canada.

Q. I'm traveling and working from abroad, why can't I access my RForm account?

A. Due to our strict global cybersecurity protocols, RForm software and its associated customer data are only accessible via Canadian or U.S. network endpoints.  We are unable to make exceptions to this policy specifically regarding India, as it helps us manage security risks and maintain compliance for all our clients.

Our developers recommend that you obtain a reputable Virtual Private Network (VPN) with a Canadian or U.S. endpoint to successfully access RForm and other Canadian applications. NordVPN is a good example of a service that provides this capability.
