In this article you will learn how to ensure your Account Information if updated and accurate. Usually the Account information is filled out when you first sign up for RForm and you may not have entered all the information required. Please review your Account Information as this is important for documentation accuracy and for receiving monthly statements or correspondence.
Account Information
From your RForm dashboard or any account page click on the Settings tab top right corner of the navigation.
Then click the Account Information on the left hand side menu.
If you are interested in Closing your account you can use the email address posted to notify RForm staff of this request at info@rform.ca
User Profile
User Profile is the information currently in RForm on you as a user. This is usually not the Account Information unless you are the principal owner of the company. You can access and edit your profile by clicking on the Settings Tab and then Profile tab.
Then click the Edit button to make any updates to your own profile.
Change Password
If you need to change your own Password please follow these steps. Please note that passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters, with a combination of letters and numbers. We recommend including at least one special character.
Click the Settings tab of your RForm account. Then click the Change Password tab on the left menu.
In order to change your password you will need to enter your Current Password prior to entering your new Password, then click the Save button.
