Modified on Thu, 7 Nov, 2024 at 11:49 PM

In this article, you will learn how to edit or change the details of this form. Initiating the revision will prompt RForm to create a copy of the document which you can edit and append with a revision number (e.g. PCO-001 R1). R indicates Revision and the succeeding number is the revision number.

  1. Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
  2. Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active.
    1. Note: By default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms.
  3. When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request that you want to revise.
  4. You will be directed to the selected change order page. Click the Make Revision button.
  5. The Proposed Change Order <No.> (Revision) page opens. On this page, you can revise the following sections:
    1. Title
    2. Description
    3. Requested By
    4. Attachments
    5. Terms & Conditions
      1. Note: the Form Type section is disabled and cannot be changed after the form has been issued; it is no longer in draft.
  6. After revising the form, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.
  7. You will be directed to the form's DRAFT page. Review the revised form, it will be appended with the revision number (R1, R2, and so on).

It is important to note that the previous version is now locked for revisions/editing but is always available for viewing.
