In this article, you will learn how to add a quote to a PCO-CD form. It is important to note that the Add Quote option is only available once the form has an ISSUED status. The Add Quote button will not be activated if the form is still under the DRAFT status.
The Contractor role is responsible for adding the quote, however, the Prime Consultant can also add the quote on behalf of the Contractor.
- Go to the Project where the PCO/CD request was created.
- Click the Project Forms tab and ensure that the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms.
- When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab the proposed changes section is active.
- Note: by default, the CHANGE ORDERS tab is active when accessing the Project Forms.
- When accessing the CHANGE ORDERS tab, the Display All/Proposed Changes section is active. Find and select the request you want to submit the quote from.
- You will be directed to the change order's ISSUED page. Click the Add Quote button.
- You will be directed to the Add Quote page. Specify the quote details:
- After specifying the quote details, click the Save button.
