Project Team Members - CoreCA Project Package

In this article you are going to learn how to set up, add and invite your Project Team members for a specific project.

There is also an easy way to add new contacts directly to a project and have the new contact fill in their own information and username, password by sending an invitation email.

  1. Select the Project you want to add your Project Team members.
  2. Click on the Project Team tab.

  3. There are four main roles of users in RForm.
  • Prime Consultant - Manage the project, commonly this is the architect or contract administrator.
  • Owner - Responsible for paying the contractor, can approve or disapprove any proposed change order forms as well as make comments on any form in the project.
  • Contractor - Can create, edit, issue requests for information forms, submit quotes for proposed change orders forms assigned to them.
  • Consultants - Can only read and add comments. Usually a project engineer.

The details of what each role is capable of doing within the RForm software can be found on this help page.

If the contact is not in your list of contacts, obtain their email address and select Send an Invitation Email link at the bottom of the window.
  5. The Invite window opens as shown below and you can enter the email address of the prospective contact, enter an optional message to be included in the invitation email, and then click Send invite.
