The article will discuss how the Submittal Due Date status indicators work. The indicators are displayed on the list of Submittals page and indicate how today’s date relates to the due date of the submittal.
To view or set the due date on a submittal, first navigate to the applicable project and list of Submittals. Click on the applicable project and click the Submittals tab to view your list of submittals.
Note the colored legend for the various due date categories of:
Overdue
Due < 5 days
Due > 5 days
Note the color of a submittal in the list that is currently Overdue and colored appropriately in the Due Date column.
The Due Date of each Submittal can be set or edited in the Submittal form itself. Click on a Submittal from the list. Then click Edit on the form.
On the form scroll to the Date Required by field and update the due date as required, then click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save changes.
To turn off this due date feature click on the Project Summary tab.
Then click the Edit Project Details button.
Scroll down the page to the Submittals section and uncheck the [] Turn off Due Date status color indicator and then click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
