Create Review of a Submittal or Resubmit a Submittal
Once a Submittal is created and initial dates logged a review can be created.
If you’re the Consultant or Prime Consultant you can Create a Review of the submittal item or ask to Resubmit which will be added to the document and issued to the Contractor and/or CC’d to the rest of your team.
- Click the Create Review button on the submittal form.

- On the Create a Review form fill out the required details.
- Select the status of the item being reviewed,
- Add any additional notes, update any of the default terms & conditions.
- Attach any files that are part of this review by browsing or dropping files onto grey space provided.
- Click the Save as Draft button to save the review for yourself only and not other team members.
- Click the Save and make public button to save the review and provide the option to notify for all team members.

3. Clicking the Save and Make Public button will present the option to notify your team.
Resubmit or Reject Submittal
To request a resubmit of a submittal that was submitted into RForm
- Click Create Review on the Submittal you want to reject or request resubmit.

- Select the Rejected checkbox and the Resubmit checkbox on the Submittal form.

- Click Save as Draft or the Save & Make Public button. *Note that saving as a draft will just save the revision as a draft and no notification will be sent or provided. *Saving and making public will allow you to notify other members of the team.

- Clicking the Save and Make Public button will present the option to notify your team.

- After clicking Save as Draft or Save and make Public the Submittal will be closed as follows however a Revision number or R1 of the Submittal will be created for the Submittal Review. Both the original and R1 of the Submittal will appear in the list of Submittals.
Original Submittal is closed.
The list of Submittals will contain the R1 and closed original Submittal as follows:
The R1 can then be returned to the contractor by clicking the Re-submit button on the R1.
Clicking Re-Submit will open the R1 of the submittal for editing and resubmission.
- Note that the original Submittal is kept and a revision of the original is created.
- Both the revision and the original will be displayed in the list of Submittals.
