Q:  Who has access to archived projects?

A: Only RForm Account Managers have access to archived projects. Account Managers can distribute archived projects via minisites to non-account managers.

Q. I have a project that has been put on hold indefinitely, how do I stop getting billed for this project if I'm not using it anymore or not for the foreseeable future.

A.  In order to stop being charged for an Active Project you will need to Archive the Project.  Once it is archived you will no longer be charged for the project on a monthly basis.  You can still view and download the project details however you won't be able to action or process anything on the project while archived.

In the future should your client want to activate the archived project, you can contact tech-support again and we can have a developer take the project out of archived status and move it back to active for you. This isn't a typical practice or feature, however we can do this for you given your situation with your client.

1. To archive your project, please sign into your RForm account and click on your project.

2. Then on the Project Summary page scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Archive Project button.

Q. How do I cancel my RForm account so that I stop getting billed for projects?

A. In order to stop getting billed for project you need to archived any active projects in your account.  By archiving your projects you will no longer be billed for those projects.  You can still access the details and data of these archived projects however you will not be able to do any active processing of these archived projects like creating change orders, etc. The archive process is as follows:

1. To archive your project, please sign into your RForm account and click on your project.

2. Then on the Project Summary page scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Archive Project button.
