Project Team User settings
In the Project Team tab, there is a User Settings control. Click the User Settings, and a list of the different forms
appears with check marks. This provides the prime consultant with the ability to "turn off" certain forms and information. Similar to ACAD, check mark indicates that the selected form is visible, no check mark and the selected form is not visible to that team member. Each user can have different settings, only able to view certain forms. It should be noted that the Prime Consultant has no user settings, because they have the ability to see all parts of rform at all times.

RForm Project Team User Roles
Please note that the following Roles are hardcoded into each role within your RForm account so these actions can't be changed via the User Settings of an individual.
The actions listed in this table can't be changed by modifying the User Settings privileges. This table can be found here: https://rform.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/153000225016-user-roles-settings-and-actions
